Very unsafe hotel to stay , there is no security in Rooms, thief enter to our house around 1 am in the night ,thief was trying to open the balcony window and we just observed and came out of the rooms and we very tensed and finally we have check out due to fear , money is not refunded by the hotel..if you stay there is no guarantee whether you will return back to your place safely

Myself and my wife had been to Rangoli Retreat (Matheran) on 08/5/2023 to 10/5/2023 the experience was very dissatisfactory. 1) The window AC was making loud sound throughout and was placed in such a way that a big sofa-cum -bed was blocking it's air flow. 2) Washbasin location in the bathroom is totally inconvenient. 3) On 09th May, 2023 due to load shading there was no power from about 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Surprisingly the hotel management did not bother to use generator available with them and made the guests suffer. Further they also charged AC Room Rent and not given any deduction in the bill. Please think twice before you book this hotel. Prakash Joshi Mumbai.

This hotel is really good for any vacation plans…and this is near the station of matheran and the view is really good…I really liked the food and services….we really enjoyed the place and even the magician games…thankyou hotel rangoli….we gonna come here again !!!🤩

I and my family stayed in Rangoli Retreat and had wonderful experience, rooms spacious and clean,mountain view through balcony, amazing food very yummy!!! just can't miss it, Loving and friendly staff, Perfect DJ in Disco.Excellent service and hospitality.

Yuhuuuu had an amazing weekend with my family went for horse riding visited seven points where I could feel the nature also the disco and carrom and table tennis swimming pool enjoyed it alottttt all possible because of rangoli retreat management staff...thank youuuu
